Question wondering what its worth

What wondering what its worth. Fixing to remove the 6 speed setup from my 02 Trans Am . Centerforce flywheel /dual friction clutch . Pro 5.0 shifter, BMR tunnel brace with driveshaft loop, drive shaft and bell housings going with it. Trans has 120k on it but needs 3/4 syncros replaced .

So it's an old broken trans, condition of clutch/flywheel unknown....

Really, are you expecting much from it ?

Sounds like a few hundred dollars at best.

check with some of the rebuilders like tick , I think any core that doesn't have a broken case and all gears will engage is worth something like $800-1000 , these guys cant get enough workable t56 cores nowadays. Most used t56's from 4th gens at this point all being 15 years or so old are going to have synchro issues or popping out of gear etc,, something going on with them....

The clutch can vary a lot as it is an item that could be very worn or still have a lot of life , pics of the disk and flywheel would help with putting a value on that , the other parts are not so prone to wear and should at minimum bring 50% of new value if currently in good working order.

You have been a member on this forum for over 10 years, have 33 trader ratings from buying and selling and 444 posts and you don't have a clue what your transmission is worth? I think you do have a clue, but just want to hear it from someone else?
