Ive had this clutch for a long time. It really never seems to wear down. But it is close to the rivets. i measured about .035 from friction to rivet. still usable? i can not find a minimum thickness any where online. Thanks!

clutch disc width differs from one brand to the next depending on what the surface material is. IDK what a published thickness is on a stock clutch although I suspect there is one. The clutch company who made your clutch should be able to tell you what it was new.
Yours has some life left if there is still space before rivets. With that said a clutch swap is not a small job so you need to decide if buying a new clutch now and having FW resurfaced is worth it now. Obviously you will have to do it later

If you have the clutch out now, you're probably better off replacing it. That thickness will last you a little while longer depending on your driving habits, but not enough to justify keeping it and doing the teardown again.
