TKO 600 not mating to BH Wow, I had NO idea how hard it would be to install a TKO to a 621 Bellhousing. The damn thing just will not mate to the Bell Housing. WTH. Anyone else experience this ??? Thx

TKO is supposed to bolt to a GM 621 bell housing
are you saying the tranny won't go in the last 1/2" to mate flush with BH with clutch installed?
or the TKO bolt pattern does not line up with the 621?

Mate up to the BH with clutch installed. Very tight tolerances. I just found out part of the problem was the RAM clutch. No more RAM clutches for me. Plastic alignment tool goes in, the steel one I have does not. Something is screwed up with the splines.

Are you sure that when you put the alignment tool into the disk that it was sitting square against the pilot? I always run my fingers around the disk and check by feel that it is indeed centered between the flywheel and the pressure plate.
