Default White release sleeve can you still get it?

A couple years ago I thought I had bookmarked a place to get just this sleeve. It's the white sleeve on the clutch line where is goes into the slave cylinder that releases the fingers that hold the line in. I went to GM they say I have to buy the whole assemlby. Nope. It's been years since I saw a post with a part number. If I had a GM number I might be able to find one. I did a long search here and had no luck. Use to be able to get them on ebay and no luck there either.

Thank you sir. I still feel like there should be some of the factory rings left.
