Default 1994 z28 clutch bleeding

Hey guys just bought my buddy a 94 z28 today and the first thing i did was replace the fuel filter. Now I’m moving on to the next problem which is the clutch. When i press it down it doesn’t have a lot of pressure and therefore i can’t put it in gear. I can pump it a few times and get some pressure and then get it into gear. So my first thought was to bleed the line and go from there? Any other ideas? Thanks guys

Stock clutch hydraulics are a sealed system with no bleed screw. You can drop the slave and with it pointed down pump with your hand while someone up top looks at reservoir for bubbles and tops it off.

Your hydraulics though could just be worn out.

You can buy a complete sealed system (MC/Slave/Reservoir) and replace. No need to pull tranny to do this. Around $125

rockauto.com would be he cheapest but most auto part stores you could order it from
