RXT twin finally working....FOR NOW
Well, after trans R&R'd 9 times, Trans went through by Tick once, (everything perfect) and clutch going back to McLeod twice. First issue was I got a kit with a first design gold ring that made the discs it the floater straps. Then went back the first time and they said nothing was wrong with it. The returning it a second time, They finally claimed the pressure plate was faulty, So with this 2nd return they sent a new PP, new discs and surfaced and rebuilt the floater
.
Got it in today and seems to hold pretty good. But the soft feel pedal is gone. I guess they decided to UP the plate pressure to make it work and hold. Now it feels like a single disc Stg 3.
So my review is a 0/10.
I've installed a few Monster twins in other guys cars and they have no issues. But I figured the RXT would be a good setup since their cars were not intended for what this car is set up for which is a 3 class car. Drag, AutoX, Roadrace. Guess we'll see how long this lasts.

It's nice working at a GM dealership. Lifts, trans jacks and all my tools are there. The worst part is having to trailer the car there and push it into a bay by myself.
