Lightbulb What to do with used LS1 FBody Spec 3 clutch assembly?

Howdy. I've been doing some cleaning of the garage and found the Spec 3 clutch that my car came with when I bought it in 2005. My question is, do you guys do anything with the flywheel and pressure plate like get them machined and then sell them? Just take it all straight to the scrap yard? Please let me know. Searches here and google in general have proven fruitless. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

It all depends on the condition. Are there a lot of heat marks on the flywheel and/or pressure plate? Are there any visible cracks? How thick is the disk? You can call Spec and they should be able to give you the thickness of a new disk, that way you can tell how much life is left in it. If it's not too badly worn, I would throw it up on Craigslist and sell locally.
