Tr6060 in 02 z06 help Installed a tr6060 because we went through 2 t56 transmissions. Installed it now the computer acts like it dont know what gear it's in. Have to ride the clutch til about 10mph so it dont stall. Is this common and just needs a new tune?

I can't imagine why changing manual transmissions would need a new tune. But a couple other things do come to mind...
Is there a neutral switch in the those transmissions? I wonder if there's something wrong there that might be confusing the PCM somehow.
What's the rear end ratio and first gear ratio of the new setup vs. the old?
Perhaps more to the point, what's your MPH at (for example) 1200 RPM with the old and new setups? If that's changed by a lot then maybe that's where the difference comes from.

I just noticed this thread while looking for something else... I'm hoping to put a TR6060 in my own C5Z at the end of the year so I'm curious about what happened here.
