T56 rebuild Parts?

T56 rebuild Parts? Getting ready to rebuild the T56 in my LS swapped Wagon. Currently Grinds going into 4th when cold, and is hard to downshift to 5th from 6th. Sometimes grinds a bit no matter the temp when downshifting to 4th aggressively when passing on the highway.
My question, is do the standard "rebuild kit" come with all i need? i'd like to have as little downtime as possible with the car so i want to order my rebuild kit to have all my parts here and not wait until i tear it down, then order parts. So, anything not found in something like the Tick level 2 rebuild that i usually needing replacement? Trans is from a 2001 F-body if that makes any difference
I realize i may come into a surprise worn part that is uncommon, i'll deal with that if it happens, but i do want to be as ready as possible with all common parts without going overboard with a bunch of parts that i don't end up needing.
