Default Bit the bullet and ordred a Mc Leod twin disk

Spec was starting to slip bad along with the stock T56 something had to be done. I hear I will love this clutch? Street manners and track bashing! I have a built T56 coming, and the new clutch set up. I am psyched. Any opinions or real life stories are welcome. This was not a cheap purchase. Angelo

I really like mine. The 10-bolt is crying for mercy. From what I understand it is much better off to dump a Twin Disk instead of slipping it.

You'll never want another clutch. I totally loved mine and it held anything I could throw at it. I thought it was a dump truck clutch when I first opened the box lol.

Ill be honest...Its like no clutch I have ever used before. Though it is a beast. I can do a 6000 RPM clutch dump and it grabs hold, But it doesnt like to be sliped. They are REAL expensive, like 1500 bucks with the flywheel. It can take some abuse, thats for sure.

They can be had for $1000. Maybe less, if you know where to look.

I love mine. It is very grabby. Takes some getting used to. I know the Spec is pretty popular here from what I've read, but I don't see how there can be something better than the McLoed Dual. I don't have a problem slipping mine ever so slightly when going over speed bumps, or when in traffic or rolling up a slight incline. It's close to perfect.
