Default Driveline angle. HELPPPP

I have a ls swapped 67 Chevelle with a t56 magnum.

Im using swap plates to adapt the ls engine mounting location to a SBC mount.

im using a 1 5/8” transmission mount. The angle of the engine is 5° with the tail shaft pointing down (I guess -5° is appropriate)

the driveshaft also points down at 3°. My rear diff is positive 2°

I understand that u joints are designed to have an operating angle of .5 to 3°.

I need to either drop the front of the engine down more OR raise the transmission up a little to get within the operating angle.

I am running a low mount transmission mount for clearance. I believe I can raise it up but I’m not sure how much.

Using a triangle calculator, it seems like I need to lift the trans up 1.6” at the tip of the tailshaft so it probably needs 1.5” on top of the mount I already have....

here’s the thing though. My car sits at a bit of a rake.

with a negative 5° transmission angle and a negative 3° drive shaft angle, wouldn’t that put the trans yoke operating angle at 2°???

so theatrically my differential needs to point up at 5 degrees to match the trans.

with a negative 3° angle of the driveshaft and positive 5° on the diff that’d put my operating angle at 2.. or am I completely off here.

I should also add that there is a driveline vibration at 75-80mph.
