Default Any ideas why this damn thing won't seat?

Hey fellas, been trying to install my Magnum F for a few days now, but I can't get it to seat this final 1/8 inch. Pulled the trans a few times to see if I'm hitting anything, and all looks good, pilot bearing isn't the issue here. It runs down via the bolts nice and smooth till the point in the pictures and everything just locks up.... I'm at a loss here. Thanks for any help you can give me!

It's gotta have something to do with that bell housing. I'd measure everything you can. The dowels, distance between bolt centers, bell housing to block, TOB to clutch etc. May also want to double check the shifter area to confirm its not hanging up on anything. Sounds like you checked already, just floating some ideas.

Remove box from car and fit bellhousing to it there. You can see properly what is not clearing.

This will determine if the issue lies with the bellhousing or the engine.

My guess is the dowel holes need to be reamed.
