Default Clutch chatter/squealing goes away with clutch bleed.

I have a Monster 3 clutch with approx. 20k miles on it, it has been flawless up until about 2 years ago, when it started chattering and squealing upon engagement. I assumed the clutch was glazed until I bled it, and both symptoms went away completely. Buttery smooth and silent, for about 500 miles, when both gradually came back. Another clutch bleed, problems gone. For the last couple of years I bleed the clutch 4 or 5 times a year, and every time the clutch engagement goes from infuriating and embarrassing to silent and smooth. I put in a Tick adj. master, which I really like, but the issue came back. I wouldn't put the two together, is this a symptom of a weak/failing slave cylinder? Has anyone else had this happen?
