Question putting a iron block that was in a auto truck in my M6 SS?

I had bought a used 408 that was used in a Truck that had a automatic. So now the 408 has turned into a 410 and rebalanced so what would I need besides a pilot bearing to run this in my 2001 SS / six speed?

I'm pretty sure the pilot bearing is the only hurdle.
