Default Hm290 troubles and struggles

Howdy, alot has changed since my last post I've made. I have a 92 gmc sierra sle 1500 4x4. Has a 4.3 v6 with a hm290 trans. Obvious answer is get a stronger transmission. Currently I do not want to do that but it is in the near future. What I want to know is how do I make a short crank lq4 mate to the HM290. I've done some reading and found out some good info but I'm getting lost in all the knowledge.
So far I've seen that I'd need either a 4.8 manual 1500 flywheel, or the Sachs 1050.
A pilot bearing not sure what size but I've seen people say that it's a 10 spline transmission it needs to be a 10 spline. And I think a throw out bearing?
So TLDR: How to mate lq4 short flange to HM290
