Default Ruff shifting

Hey Guys.
I am looking for some help for my 96 Z with a t56. This is my project fun car & the issue I am having is that when I let it sit for over two weeks the initial shifting feels notchy and ruff. After a few miles it goes back to normal, I have changed the fluid and that did not solve the issue.

Sounds like the clutch hydraulics could be failing. After a few pumps of the clutch, they have enough pressure to operate as they should.
