Clutch and Tranny experts please I had a new T56, Spec 3i, and updated hydraulics with the drill mod go in about 4 months ago. I have two problems.
1. My car was unable to go into 4th under high rpms...grinded twice. This has since gone away and I suspect my hydraulic fluid got too hot.
2. While driving on the highway, I put it in 6th and it seems like it goes into gear, however when I gave it gas it acts as if it is in neutral. I'll take it out of gear and put it back into 6th and it works just fine. Sometimes it works just fine after one time, sometimes it takes two or three times.
Is this a tranny problem? Does it sound like gears are chewed up or something? What do you guys think?
