Master Or Slave?
I just noticed a problem the other day when i tryed to drive my car....started it, and warmed it up then was about to leave, and car wouldnt go in 1st gear...or any other..i was locked out of them....but after playing with the clutch for a minute it all of a sudden worked and i drove like 4 miles to my destination, then when trying to leave the place i drove to the same thing happened EXCEPT no matter how much i pumped the clutch and played with the gears, the only way to move the car was to start it in gear.
I checked the fluid and it was dirty/muddy looking, but full.
I got the car to the auto shop at my base and made sure the steel braided line going to the slave didnt loose its connection for some reason. And it didnt. I did however bleed the clutch and get new fluid put in it. But still, i wasnt able to get the car into any gears at all without starting it in gear.
Which is the problem the master or the slave? so i can fix it. and is it better to get stock replacements for this situation or aftermarket?
thanks
