Default new 01+ master, does it come bled?

I picked up a new GM clutch master and it looks filled with fluid. Is it bled from factory? Can i just put it in and roll?

Probably, but if not, you will know as soon as you push the pedal in!

They are prebled...but if you want to do the "drill mod", then you will need to rebleed it.

Heh...you would think they wouldn't waste their time bleeding the m/c's since so many people dismantle it to do the drill mod anyway. They should give you two options when buying and knock a few bucks off the price for not having to bleed it.

Grandma Version - No drill mod will be done - M/C is bled
Race Version - Drill mod will be done by customer - M/C not bled

Or better yet, GM should go ahead and sell drilled and bled m/c's for those that want it as a perfomance option.
