new 01+ master, does it come bled?

new 01+ master, does it come bled? I picked up a new GM clutch master and it looks filled with fluid. Is it bled from factory? Can i just put it in and roll?
Heh...you would think they wouldn't waste their time bleeding the m/c's since so many people dismantle it to do the drill mod anyway. They should give you two options when buying and knock a few bucks off the price for not having to bleed it.
Grandma Version - No drill mod will be done - M/C is bled
Race Version - Drill mod will be done by customer - M/C not bled
Or better yet, GM should go ahead and sell drilled and bled m/c's for those that want it as a perfomance option.
