Textralia clutch is in...WOW!!!
I Just installed a textralia clutch in my car....all I have to say is WOW! this clutch is SMOOTH!. it had no chatter at all from the start. the engagement feels stock as does the pedal pressure. this clutch is a dream to drive on the street. like many others, I had just accepted the fact that a 700+ rwhp clutch was going to be an on-off switch. when Peter told me that this clutch would drive like a stock one I was VERY skeptical. well, I am now a believer in Textralia. it certainly has great street manners. the true test will be the drag strip in a couple of weeks, but I am confident that it will hold up well. if you are looking for a great driving street clutch that will handle big power...this is it.

I am getting sick of adjustable masters my new mcleod lasted about two weeks and think leaking air or something you have to pump it like two hundred times to be able to get in gear and then after letting car sit another week or same deal.Might try one time to rebuild this POS.
I was serious about maybe getting the clutch master as it using stock master
but dont' think the stage 3 clutchmaster is rated for like 700 hp or is it...? and doesn't it need new flywheel..was thinking of fidanza I think lighter and planning a turbo car.
This textralia might be ok..how much is it..does it use stock hydraulics or need adjustable master.what about flywheel. So pedal pressure is like stock and no chatter in traffic.Sounds good to me maybe.Do you have to order them from australia?

SR71 glad to hear your results.
The Textralia clutch uses all stock GM parts, and it comes with a new GM flywheel balanced to the clutch. So, no need or use for an adjustable master, etc... In fact I found mine worked better when the adjustable McLeod was removed. I have the adjustable sitting on the shelf and the car is better without it....

Hey J-Rod you think that Aussie clutch would be suffice for my setup. I have left a thread in Manual Transmission. Please read it if you have time and drop a line as well.
