Default 1999 T-56 yoke size

I went to my local driveline shop to have my driveshaft balanced. Dropped it off on thursday picked it up on friday, put it in and for some reason the yoke didn't seem to go into to the transmission as far as it did before i took it off. I didn't think anything of it, put it in and holy crap it started to vibrate like crazy after 50mph!!! Went back to driveline shop and told them what happened and it turns out they had two F-body aluminum driveshafts that were going to be worked on that day, mine was just getting rebalanced and one was going to be shortened!!! Even though they f$#ked mine up the oddest thing was that the yokes on the drivshafts are not the same length. So my question is- Don't automatic and manual (LS1) f-body cars use the same length yoke? If not what is the difference in length?

It should be the same ......... I'd use a different D/S shop in the future , they should whip you up another since they screwed up .
