Default What should I do with the t56?

Okay...I have been going crazy the past few days not knowing exactly what to do with my transmission. I need to know what I should replace in the transmission with the problems listed. I have my 3rd gear popping out and reverse popping out. I know I want to replace the 3/4 shift fork with the steel one but I dont know what else to do from there. Carbon fiber synchros? Steel blocking rings? What else should I do? I really dont want to spend more than like 5-6 hundred dollars on parts alone. Thanks...all ideas and opinions are well needed.

The syncro assemblies are the sliders , hubs , keys and wires . The syncro rings are just that , the rings only .

I would get :
3-4 fork
1-2 fork inserts
5-6 fork inserts
rev fork inserts
1-2 friction inserts
3-4 rings
5-6 rings
rev ring

It might need other things but thats where an experienced builder makes the call on what else is needed . Hope this helps ........
