Default I need some technical opinions on a clutch problem

I recently installed a Spec 2/3 hybred clutch pressure plate and Alum flywheel, also Spec in a 1999 Vette. I sent the setup out to a shop and had it balanced before the install. A new T/O bearing was also installed. After the install the clutch chatter on take-off. After 500 miles of city and open road driving on take off the chatter has improved just a little but still not what I would expect out of a $900 + setup. After 2 calls to tech support I was told it needs more break-in time and to start driving a little more agressively. When I try to shift at high rpm it is very hard to almost impossible to shift. Has anyone experienced this problem after a clutch setup install ? I have run out of things to do other than install another clutch setup. I am 60 years old and do my own work and do not want to wait until I retire for a fu-king clutch to break-in. What do I need to do to correct this problem ?
