Default LS6 or Centerforce throwout bearing? (and other clutch ?'s)

I just got my new LS6 slave cylinder, throwout bearing, master cylinder, and then a NIB centerforce dual friction clutch/pressure plate along with a centerforce throwout bearing. My question is which TO bearing should I use? Is the centerforce one any better? Will it work with the LS6 slave cylinder? I'm using all this with a stock flywheel that has just been turned and a stock pilot bearing. I guess I'll be ok. Any thoughts? Also, with this new SC and MC, will I have to bleed them or what? I've read lots of posts on here about how big of a PITA it is to bleed the system. Thanks for any help!!!

-Jeremy

*Also, there is a metal wire and then a metal ring around the weights on the fingers of the centerforce pressure plate. I'm guessing that I just remove them prior to installing them in the vehicle. Any other tips or recommendations? I'll be attaching the motor & tranny out of the car, then installing as one unit from underneath. Thanks again!

stock (the 01+ LS6) throwout bearing on my Spec Stg 3........don't see any point for anything else......

I can't say for sure, but I would GUESS that the "centerforce bearing" is probubly nothing more than a GM unit sold through centerforce....

Yeah, I was wondering if the Centerforce TO bearing is a repackaged GM one or not. Only problem is I have both of them sitting here and I only need one. Which one to use?? lol
