Default Tranny and rear end cooler?

My car is mostly a daily driver, but I do autocross and once or twice a year take long road trips and drive the car hard through the mountains or so forth. Would a tranny and/or rear end cooler be a good thing or not necessary.

Anyone installed them? Also, oil cooler, is it needed if you are doing the others?

Car is a 2000 T/A with a T56.

ive never hear of putting a tranny cooler on a manual,

i seems way to difficult, you woulld need some sort of pump to move the fluid through the cooler for the tranny adn rear, not worth it if you ask me

manual transmission coolers as well as rear end coolers are done mostly on open road racing cars (think silver state classic). these cars typicalyl maintain speeds in excess of 170mph throughout the race, so they're pretty heavy duty stuff. an oil cooler might not be a bad investment, however.

Yeah, that is where I heard about it (Silver State Classic - which sounds like a hell of a time). Thanks for the input, was just wondering if anyone did it for the minor stuff I end up doing.
