Default Adj Master

Does the ADJ master cylinder only allow you to adjust when/where the clutch pedal engages WITHOUT CHANGING THE TRAVEL/FORCE OF THE PRESSURE PLATE?

OR

Does it also Change the travel and clamping pressure of the Pressure plate?

For example...if someone has a heavily turned flywheel (hypethetical) will an Adj. Master be the solution to that?

I can see this thing as working two ways. Please explain which way it works to me...Thanks!

I would suggest giving McLeod a call as they make them. In our case the adj. M/C was capable of doing two things.

Being adjusted so far that the clutch was partially out with the pedal all the way out (so it slipped all the time).

Having so little pedal travel the clutch wouldn't disengage.

The McLeod also has more fluid volume which will cause more travel (and in some cases will) cause PP overtravel and turn the clutch inside out basically.
