Yes, you should be able to set the CAGS enable speed to what ever you want. Also the range in between the TPS% of where it will be active and possibly RPMs. I mostly deal with A4s, but I recall you can set the CAGS to enable at different TPS%, RPM and/or speed (MPH). I am not sure if LS1-Edit can do that, but V1.7 of HPTuners can. Good luck!
