Default mccleod clutch street twin /problems after 4 passes

my clutch or transmission one is screwed.after 4 pases my car won't shift .
it shifts easy while the engine is not running but after starting the engine it will not budge.i have good clutch pressure but still wont go in gear if engines running, but it will pull out fine if left in gear before you start it .the street twin has the steel flywheel but something got really hot at the track fast.
and i was only running the 1/8 mile track.spohn had put a vent hole in my drive shaft at the yoke ,it was leaking some and i thought what the heck is leaking,so i had to pull the drive shaft and get it spot welded after talking to spohn performance.i thought how stupid ,but i added tran dex 3 to it so i don't think that was the problem.
my car has a slp ls2 stroker with afr heads ported stage3 by TEA strange rear end and i was told the mccleod clutch street twin would hold ,,,any one have any suggestions to what is wrong????????will the t56 hold this kind of power??

Did you slip the clutch a lot? Did any fluid get on the clutch? Who installed it?

I went through this this week while breaking it in. Last night we adjusted th master and it is a smooth as butter. The pedal does sit about 1- 1 1/2" above the brake. Mine was not disengaging and making it almost impossible to get into gear.

I'm taking it to the track today and will let you know how that goes.
