INSTALL HELP!!!! How does the throw out bearing come off the slave I read, it should pop off with a little effort. Currently, that is not happening. Any ideas? I think the throw out bearing may have been the reason I was having the grinding sound and bad shift sounds, but I am replacing, throw out, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel and pilot bearing. Any ideas on how to get the throw out bearing off the slave? '02 Formula

Throw out bearing should pop off the slave. And the bellhousing is most likely stuck on the passenger side dowl pin. Its located on the passenger outer edge in the middle of the bellhousing. Chances are its rusted on...if you can't get it off by prying then you might have to tap it out from the back side. Just be persistant and you'll get it.
