I noticed mine was leaking when I put in a cartek clutch so I put in a new seal. It was still dry 2000 miles later when I installed a 12 bolt rear. Now 1000 miles later I have tranny oil slung all over the floorpan right at the rear tranny seal. My driveshaft was pushed all the way into the tranny to fit the 1350 yoke. Would this cause the seal to leak?

Yes I have a little fluid coming out my stock seal also.
Just a thought ... If the drive shaft was a snug fit so to speak (in reference to the 1350 yoke) as you drive down the road your drive live moves up down in out. On bigger bumps would this cause the drive shaft to hit the seal?
