Default Can clutch life be prolonged?

OK, I know that my clutch is slipping, and needs to be replaced. However, I was wondering if changing out the fluid, bleeding the system real good, etc. would make it grab a little better in the short term? Also, if the slave ends up shot, would I feel the same result as if the clutch disc is slipping, even if it's still OK?

TIA

You don't need to do all that, just drive like grandma, no hard takeoffs, hi rpm downshifs, flooring it in 6th, just drive it easy, I babied my clutch for another few hundred miles of use (it was pretty damn worn) and you'll probably need a new flywheel after trying to eke out the last bit of life from the clutch
