my sprc st3 is,or i should say was awsome on the street,it went out on me last night. i had it for one summer and i put clutches in a lot of pain. 1.3 60 foots on nos,30-40 trips down the track + streed racing and driving. i will try another at3 clutch. my two rams only lasted a year also 2,000ish mi is all. i don't think they make a clutch that will last in my car for more then a year. if so....i think god himself would have to make it.

i had bolt-ons with the spec3 a few years ago, and i just put my m6 back in and the new material that the pucks are made out of seems to be a little easier to street. i have 200miles on the new one, and its like a stock clutch

I've had my Spec 3 in for 10-15k miles easily, and it drives almost like a stock clutch. I have updated 02 hydraulics in my car and thats it. The spool causes a hell of a lot more problems than my clutch.

Just thought I would throw in a little update to my original post.
Like I stated, my Spec stg. 2 was a-slippin' pretty bad. Today I found out why !!
The mechanic I paid to do my clutch job about 7 months ago, he had BROKEN OFF TWO BOLTS. One of them was one that holds the clutch PP to the flywheel. Two of the other PP bolts were not even tight. The other broken bolt, well it's one that holds the FLYWHEEL TO THE CRANK!! IT IS BROKEN OFF IN THE CRANKSHAFT !! He must have used an impact wrench, cross-threaded the bolts and just kept on going, then left it that way !!
Damn I am pissed !! I am gonna chop that SOB's nuts off and feed him a ******* sandwich !!
So anyways my Spec stage 2 clutch itself was barely even worn.
However, my billet steel flyweel is scorched in a semi-circle where that was the only area the clutch was actually contacting, and had been slipping. The machine shop is gonna let me know today if it is resurfacable or not.
Just goes to show you, you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself !
