after many many misshifts with third gear, its is finally fighting back. Thirdgear pops out. when i put it in thirdgear and hold my hands on the shifter, i could feel it wanted to pop out. My other problem is that sometimes my shifters feels really stiff. It happened to me twice when i was on the highway when i was 6th trying to go back to 4th. It feels like im shifting without pressing down on the clutch. The stiff shifter is doesn't happend all the times. it only happend to me twice. My neighbhor believe i have a bent shift fork and bad syncros. so these are the following parts that im gonna order from d & d perfomance. Since my car is fairly stock but planning on doing heads/cam in the future i want something that could be able to handle between 450-500 rwhp

Steel 3/4 shift fork (parts# bs6)
Synchro rebuild kit (part# bs45)
Billet struts for 3/4 synchronizor
synchronizer assemblies

Other parts im gonna buy are:

Hurst billet shifter
Textralia ocz2700 clutch kit or the stock z06 clutch kit (depending on my $$$)

Anything that im missing?

Looks like you got the problem solved once you install everything, your friend was probably right with the diagnosis. As for the clutch I've heard a lot of good things about the aussie clutch, if you have the money go ahead and get that one, the z06 clutch hasn't been known to last long and handle a lot of power.
