Mine wasn't an on/off type feeling. No chatter as of yet here. Was running 4.10's in bothe the 10 and 12 bolt. Many hard miles and track passes and plenty of clutch dumps.

no chatter at all. It just is gonna take some getting used to as far as letting the clutch out all the way before the car moves thats all. It will just take some practice I guess As for the rear end, its a Moser 12 bolt with 4.11's

watch out for the high grabbing clutch. mine started out like that and just ate through the clutch because the shim was too muhc for it and it couldnt hold fully

he has nothing to worry about the high grabing clutch. he as a adj master in the car ans it set like that. its not cause of the sim on the slave

I don't think I will be getting another Spec3. It grabs like crazy but I am not happy with it's drivability. I do a lot of city driving and I can't handle the inconsistent chatter...

That is not true at all. If the slave cyl is totally closed, meaning the master has no control over it, and it still grabs high, then the shim is too large and not allowing the clutch to fully engage. This will cause slipping and eventually clutch replacement.

Are you talking about the 3 or the 3+? It is my understanding that the 3+ has great drivibility with no chatter.I'm going with the stg 5, now that should be interesting.

Isnt the 3+ the blue one???? If so, I have the blue one. As for chatter, there isnt any at all....yet....and the pedal is light, not as light as a stock clutch, but still pretty light.....

I have seen the spec 3+ hold 780rwhp...dont know how long it will hold but a local Z06 runs a 408 with a 200 shot so far so good. Must be installed correctly.

WHO DID YOUR INSTALL? MINE HAS ALOT OF CHATTER, GOT ABOUT 1200MILES ON IT. SCARED TO GET ON IT HARD. THE CAR FEELS LIKE ITS GOING TO FALL APART SOMETIMES.

I am not sure what Hagarr has for ratio in the back, but rearend gears have an awlful lot to do with chatter. Take it from me, if you can upgrade to the 4 range. If you are already there, then, please disregard the previous.

I am running a Moser rear with 4.11's. So far the car has about 300 miles on it, and the clutch feels great. NO CHATTER at all. Just the occasional shaking from me still trying to get used to the clutch letting go at the top of the pedal..lol..but no problemse yet at all. I have taken it up to 4,000rpms, no slipping nothing...feels good to me. I will keep you all posted....
