Tranny NOTCHINESS?
My tranny feels real notchy in this weather? I dont know if its the weather but the tranny is definetly notchier than it used to be. Had some BIG runs today with some BIG cars and I missed 3rd once and I know it wasnt me but the tranny is making things HARD!!
How do you guys feel?
Maybe I need a new clutch (still stock) does that effect tranny notchiness?

Just normal M12 vs M6 differences?
Is it the carbon fiber blocker rings in the M12? Thats my only idea.

My tranny is a 97 Borg Warner.
Apparently the BW are known to be like that, the Tremec should be better... but after looking here and there I think every tranny is acting a little different. Some gets better results with a different fluid. But the "good fluid" is never the same, so everyone will have to find his personal best one

Those guys have a different tranny but still the same problems as us.
Some shift fine, other clunky.
I just dumped the Royal Purple Syn ATF I had put in 3K miles ago and switched to plain old Dexron III.
My trans shifts MUCH smoother now than it did with the synthetic in it.
Are you all running standard Dexron III ATF in your T56's?
If I drive the car a good 20 mins rowing the gears around town it gets smoother. The longer the better. Its probably because of the 25-30F days here in NY.
Its definetly something I got used to already, just cant SPEED SHIFT as fast when hauling ***.
