He's telling me that there is NO WAY that the LS1 clutches are as bad as I say. I've told him that there has been people that have gotten brand new Mclouds, stockers and all and some have had trouble w/in the 1st couple hundred miles with it. He's telling me I'm full of ****. I would just like as many of you that can to fill his in box with your experiences.

I've had 2 stock clutches in my 00SS. I have gotten 20-25-K miles and around 400 track passes on each one with a race weight of 3650 with very little problems. BTW I have never replaced the master or slave cylinders.

Got any Mods?
If your running anything over Stock RWHP your the exception to the rule.
What kinda times are you running?
What kinda numbers you putting down on the dyno?

I guess what i'm trying to say is stock clutches work OK for stock cars, start to mod em and you'll be wasting the clutch.
