I used two screw drivers, one on either side of the plastic ring, pushed in toward the slave at the same time. Line popped right off.

i struggled with it today as well. im installing a new oz700 and it took us awhile to get it off. mine must have been stuck, b/c it took 3 ppl to pull that thing loose. we just pushed down on that white "lock" thingie and i pulled on the hose and someone else pulled on the slave, while someone else held the white thing down. sucked!

im sure you can get the line at the dealership parts dept. if you have a new slave, look at how the fitting works on the new one, there are lil metal tabs that you have to compress inside there to be able to pull the line out. there is a lil white "locker" tab that you have to keep down in the slave end of the fitting so the tabs will stay compressed/held down to be able to pull the line out. honestly it wasnt "quick disconnect" at all for me, and i called textraila and they said to just keep working with it and sometimes its just a b*t%%!! but when you got it all setup and you have the tab down, you just have to pull like a **** on the line and the slave if its stuck. itll come off i promise. hope that helps

cool man, guess it was a bit harder for you then it waas for me. i honestly thought about just cutting it also, and would have, but before i mentioned cutting it, my buddy said to just give it one more try and on the last one it came apart.

bleeding took me forever as well, and i still dont think mine is fully bled. ill have to get it up tomorrow and try some more. good luck man, and have fun.
