Flywheel/PP torque???

Default Flywheel/PP torque???

How many ft lbs of torque does the flywheel/pp take ? All I can find is 15 ft lbs + 30 degrees and I don't have a degree meter. Thanks.

thsi is what i was given

flywheel = 74 ft lbs (15 then 37 then 74)
PP = 52 ft lbs. (35 then 45 then 52)
