New plugs are about $4 from GM.
Would you happen to have a part number for that plug please? I am having local dealer parts issues and I popped the dang plug using the grease trick

since you guys are talkin about bearings, has anyone ever had a problem with the Throw out bearing that comes with SPEC clutches? I've heard that they can be shitty. Any input?

air grease gun will push it out to. insert it in the middle of the bearing race hole. put compressor to like 90 psi, and pull the trigger

Got my plug ordered today but...

To finally get the sucker outta there I searched around and found a post where some guy used some threaded rod and a nut. Cant find it now though search is jiggy these days.

Anyways I used a 1/2" nut ground down on the sides and a piece of threaded rod and a large 1/2" socket. I slid the ground down nut into the hole sideways and turned it around once in there and then threaded in the rod and nut placed the socket over top with a washer and another nut and presto a puller that worked smooth as butter.
