Well I can tell you that, but I am close to 5-6k with no problems. I have a buddy that runs a older version and he is well over 10k and has seen some track time as well.

As stated before I went form STOCK to a STG2 and then a STG5 . Stg5 felt and acted just like a STG 2 if not better. Except for the nasty squeal that I will get now and then.

I was actually shocked how well it performed and felt. Just needs some little tweaks for my particular setup. These will make the high hp guys very happy.

is there a difference between the Stage 5 and the Stage 5 STG? I mean if I order a Stage 5, is it the STG?

No just the (A) before the (G) and the (E ) after...

is this one SFI approved?? I hope so, but none of their other ones are

I drive a stage 5 on the street. only problem with it is the SCREECHING of metal on metal from a stop. besides that its ok on the street.

track wise it could be better. it held fine initially with 550rwhp, but now has engagement/disengagement problems. I can't hot lap it anymore, it needs about 30 minutes cool down. this MAY be because I had my flywheel resurfaced though... I should have just got a new one.

please keep us updated on this clutch!!!! I'll need a new one soon enough

I think its the current, but I don't know. I put it in about 8 months ago. I'm not running a mcleod bell housing, but I am running a blanket.

I like the idea of everyone running a bell housing but most don't. I never ran one either and made over 120 passes in my Firehawk

For this car running the dual it is just a smart idea since we plan on being 800+rwtq all the time on the street

Does that clutch use one sprung hub and one solid hub?

Exactly how 'streetable' is the stg 5? I go to car shows, where you end up creeping into the place b/c of traffic, and ppl walking out infront of you...then slowly moving to a spot...slowly backing in so you don't hit the guys beside you lol

will this clutch be okay? I'm worried about heat in those types of situations...that or letting the clutch out and having her take off

How much does it weigh? I'm gonna be in the market for a clutch soon. I have had 2 stage 3 specs so far and I was going to try a stage 5.
