Whats trans fluid do you have in your T56?

Whats trans fluid do you have in your T56? As soon as I get back from overseas (army) I'm going to do some work on the T/A. Figure I'll do the trans fluid while I'm at it. What do this things take? I know my s10 used synchromesh. Is there any synthetic stuff I could get?

Lol yeah it is. I can't remember what it is exactly. It is the same company that makes the stabilizers for all the other fluids in the car. I used their oil stabilizer in my Jeep for several years and saw no oil burn out of it. that was non-syn however.
