Question Dumb Question is a T56 a T56?

What are the differences between a Camaro T56, a Mustang T56, a Viper T56. Thanks John

not for sure but i don't imagine a GM trans would bolt up to a ford block, vise versa, or mopar

this is true. you can however put the 93-97 internals in a 98-02, but you have to swap almost everything. they have different ratios and input shaft is different aswell

Yea theres 4 different T-56's for f-bodys, and 3 differnet gear combinations.

The 94-02 t56 ratios are all the same. 93 had 2 other ratios. just for clairity!

EDIT these are only f-body mind you..

93-97 vs 98-02 F body only need the front stuff (bell housing, Front plate, input shaft & slave) changed. THe tail shaft and housing are the same.
