i have another post about my clutch gettin stuck down by the floor when rippen thru the gears at the track would the drill mod fix this issue,and is the drill mod do'able without taking everything out like in the installuniversity directions.

it might, you already have the updated hydros, so it couldnt hurt, i dont know about the "taking everything out part"
