Default Some nasty noises!

Hey guys my t 56 has like 22k miles on it and something is goin on with it. Its the original trans and i have no short shifter just factory hurst on it. When ever I race someone 2nd grinds on it but still goes in, 3rd gear sometimes wont go in but last night I race my friends camaro and 2nd grinded and 3rd was all the way in but the motor reved like it was in neutral. I know for a fact its not my driving because every vehicle I ever owned was stick plus I have a Class A liscense to drive tractor trailers. Im so mad and dont know what to do, do you think a pro 5.0 would help at this time or is it to late for that? And any clues on whats up with the trans itself. Thanks in advance- Frank.

maybe your clutch isn't disengaging fully and thats why your grinding . Are you power shifting when this happens? The factory clutch is the week link in our cars. Maybe you need to change your hydro fluid or bleed your hydro's

It happens when Im racing and I press the clutch all the way in "I actually move my seat forward an inch or two when im racing" and then through it into second and it goes in but grinds and third gear grinded and reved like it was in neutral and my foot was off the clutch. But now I noticed just today that when im accelerating I hear a chattering from the trans and the stick wiggles around quiet a bit its not tight and firm any more. It seems that the stick is just itchin to jump out of gear.

T-56 rebuilds is the best, but look into the drill mod first. Sounds like the hyrdraulics are suckin.
