Default How are those aftermarket clutches holding up?

I have been away for a while and remembered all the problems people were having with their aftermarket clutches .... have they been resolved or are people still buying the problem child clutch systems? Any new issues or discoveries?

the new Ram 402/6130 seems to be popular now and is holding everything people seem to be throwing at it, and thats why i choose it mines going in soon hopefully then to the track for some test runs (after proper break in of course )

What's up Slim Slo?
I've had my Cartek for 8 months and a ton of 1.61 -1.57 60's on slicks and it's still going strong.

yo Rizzo!! just checking in and seeing whats up. Just got the tranny out getting ready to send the motor up to Nick. Glad the Cartek is working for you, seems like you may be one of the few.

Are you coming to Louisiana for the November race?

Who are the many that the cartek clutch isn't holding up for? Check out the mn6 record list on the 1/4 page ....they also list the clutches used.

My Mcleod Rev-Lok II is working awesome. I have made about 50-60 passes on slicks with 60's in the range of 1.58-1.67 on average.

Friend's Cartek is holding up fine also for the past year with several trips to the track.

For those with the RAM VDS, does the chatter ever go away? I have 45 miles now and it seems a little better but is still annoying.

I might come up there with the rest of the Rizzo Crew. I am in the process of selling my house to buy a bigger one so I can't make any definite plans until I either sell the house or decide to pull it off the market in a few months and build a bigger motor

I have 2K miles on my Ram setup and the chatter was completely gone by around 800 miles or so..
