If anyone is gonna find this clutch's limits, it'll be Mr. Hart. He can drive like a ****, and I can assure you, even without being at a track, that clutch has already seen hell.

just toasted the stock clutch at 75000 miles on a bolton car i see a ls7 clutch in my future

My clutch isn't holding over 5500 rpms at WOT anymore and I'm very interested to see how this clutch holds up at the track on slicks. Might be my next clutch.

The clutch does great with slicks i did three back to back runs on mine dropping it at about 4500 rpms evry time and it had no problems

Got about 1K on mine, zero chatter and one of the smoothest clutches I've ever driven.

You'll just have to wait for the results...last I checked with him, he was still waiting to install his nitrous. I don't think he has made it to the track yet either...he's got a baby on the way, so he's got other things on his mind.

I drove his car, though, and that clutch is NICE. Way better than my Ram Powergrip, which is why I'm getting a new clutch.

I hope the LS7 clutch holds up as good as everyone says it does! I'm sure it will hold 400rwhp all days long but what about 500-550rwhp!

Well I'm sure most people in the 500's aren't lookin at LS7 clutches. Most people I see posting about using them are just bolt-on cars with mild mods.

sorry for the long delay...lots of things going on...8 month pregnant wife, war excersizes at base with just enough time off work to get alittle bit of sleep.

But i have about 2k on the clutch and have been driving it really hard....its not skipping a beat....i absolutly love this thing so far....no problems powershifting at 6800 rpms...smooth engagement...awesome all around so far N/A...i still havent got my nitrous going yet....and the last couple weeks i havent been able to make it to the track because i was working late....
i will post up about it soon..with pics and hopefully vid.

I'm curious about this also. Where exactly does the LS7 clutch grab, like 1/4 of the way up its travel??

Personally I like that much better than a clutch that grabs very high. Its easier in traffic and everyday driving, since you don't have to let the clutch so far out to get going. My stock LS1 clutch grabs about 3/4 of the way up, which is too high I think. I don't think anythings wrong with it, because it grabs hard as hell at the engagement point, but I would like it much better if it grabbed around 1/2 way up insted of 3/4.
