Default Textralia clutch

How many people are using this clutch?

Does it chatter? Also where is the engagement point at?

My ls6 clutch is shot and the engagement point is right off the floor. I am very seriously looking at this clutch with the z-grip disc.

There have been numerous posts on this very subject. Type in "Textralia" in search in this section. Tons of info to check out.

I am running it and have been 110% satisfied with it's performance.

I installed mine about 3 weeks ago. I do have some chatter but its not broken in yet. haven't even been to the track, but it will get third gear on the street. (big improvement, stock would barely chirp second) very happy with the clutch no regrets with spending the money. mine engauges very close to the top.

I had chatter from time to time with the 3.42s. I have 4.10s now and it never does it. Sooo much easier to get going than with the stock gears. You can literally let out the clutch with no throttle and just take off.

Engagement is just like the LS6 IMO.

As far as grabbing gears......it chirped the 1-2, 2-3, AND 3-4 WITH DRs while it had 3.42s! That's breaking a DR loose at over 100 mph on the 3-4 shift

Now with the 4.10s it grabs each gear harder than before.
