Default How does the stock/Z06 clutch hold up to AutoX and Road racing 420RWHP?

Hi guys,
Just wondering how well the stock or Z-06 clutch holds up to 420RWHP and autoX/RoadRacing?
Thanks!

I just changed my stock clutch with a RAM 6130 disk and 402 PP. The old disk pads weren't worn too much, but the metal holding the pads to the hub is too thin in my opinion. My car had 34,000 miles on it when I changed the clutch. It was slipping on high RPM shifts. The flywheel and stock PP were glazed over. I would personally change it to an aftermarket disk and PP with a better holding force.

My 01 z06 clutch lasted about 4,000 miles...I figure I was putting down somewhere close to 380ish rwhp..

I am putting down right at 420 RWHP on motor and spraying as well and I had no issues with the clutch but the twin disk does bite alot harder

I was very happy with the feel of the engagement and pressure plate, but very displeased with the construction of the Z06 disc. A hard third gear upshift in my 406 RWHP car did this to a fresh Z06 disc:

Chris I wouldn't put a stock clutch of any sort behind that motor of yours. It won't last very long at the track. I have 2 aftermarket clutches for sale, check out my webpage.
