Default What clutch for et streets

Planning on upgrading my clutch soon. I will be running et streets on a moser 12 bolt with 3.73. I thought my mind was made up on a spec stage 3 but after reading some recent posts I'm not so sure. I only want to do this once so the right was is the only way. I think cartek is outta the question so I guess that means mcleoud or ram? Right now I should be pushing 450 or so at the wheels on the bottle with plans of 550 or so next year. Car is street driven as well.

The RAM units are awesome, make sure you get the RAM flywheel too, because the stock one won't take the juice. www.rapidmotorsports.com Mikey can give you all the info you need on the RAM units.

I've seen to hear more horror stories about the cartek then others....and they all have their bad stories. Also heard some bad stuff about cartek's customer service.

Although I am only a 12second car the Cartek handles 5grands dump on ET Streets easily. I've hot lapped it about 8 times within 15 minutes and it never once showed any signs of slipping at all.

A FEW FRIENDS OF MINE HAVE THE SPEC 3 AND 4 STAGE CLUTCH. THE STAGE 4 IS ALOT TIGHTER AND WILL HOLD UP EASILY TO A 10 SECOND CAR. FOR A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS GO FOR THE STAGE 4. STAGE 3 IS ALSO A GREAT PIECE FOR THE PRICE BUT WHO WANTS TO TAKE ANY CHANCES!!!
