Default A4 --> M6 ?

So I read the sticky up top but I still have a couple questions. does the flexplate and flywheel need to be ballanced fefore they go on thier respective car? also what happens to the big electrical harness for the 4l60E I don't ever remember seeing that on the six speed cars?
